Do you want to contribute to developing and strengthening the sick leave and rehabilitation processes in Region Kalmar County? We are now looking for you who want to work strategically and operationally with a focus on quality, collaboration, and competence development within insurance medicine.

In the role of Coordinator within Insurance Medicine, you are a knowledgeable support to sick-leave activities within Region Kalmar County. The work involves close collaboration with operations and professions where you contribute to development, improvement work, and knowledge dissemination within the field.

You will, among other things, provide support to operations through dialogue meetings based on various issues regarding sick leave and rehabilitation, as well as as part of the Procurement Section's assignment.

You will be part of the Procurement Section, which is part of the Regional Coordination Department for Health and Medical Care.

Working hours are daytime Monday-Friday.

About you

You, the applicant, have an adequate education with a healthcare or behavioral science orientation at the university level. We would like you to have experience from healthcare. Perhaps you have a background as a rehabilitation coordinator or in a similar function with experience within insurance medicine. You are a person who is confident in working both strategically and operationally and has an easy time creating good collaborations. You have good administrative skills and can express yourself well both orally and in writing. The role requires that you are self-reliant, structured, and that you have an easy time seeing the whole picture in the assignment.

It is meritorious if you have previously worked for or collaborated with relevant authorities.

Since travel occurs in the position, a Category B driver's license is a requirement.
