NTM AB is Northern Europe's leading supplier of garbage trucks and is a family-owned company from the Swedish-speaking coast of Finland. NTM has delivered units in Sweden since 1961 and is now expanding aggressively and long-term in Kalmar. The company aims to lift and develop Kalmar's long tradition of garbage truck manufacturing, as well as the high competence, expertise, and experience found in the Kalmar region.

We are looking for you who share our values regarding high safety, quality, community, and respect. You will become a central function with significant individual responsibility, handling a broad range of tasks in the ongoing accounting function and serving as a key support person to our Finance Manager.

• Ongoing accounting and reconciliations
• Monthly closing, monthly reporting, and related analyses
• Act as the main user for the finance module in our ERP system
• Invoicing and handling of export documentation
• Accounting analysis
• Budgeting
• Reporting to authorities
• Statistical reporting

• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• At least post-secondary education in accounting and/or finance
• Very good Excel skills
• Previous work experience in accounting
• Experience working in large ERP systems
• General system understanding and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with payroll administration

• Previous experience working with ERP systems in a production environment
• Experience from handling export documentation

Working Hours: Office hours 07:00-16:00 or 08:00-17:00

Location: Kalmar

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent, starting with a 6-month probationary period. We are covered by the Unionen collective agreement.
