Do you want to drive business development in a leading global industrial group? Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Kalmar is now looking for an experienced and business-driven Project Manager Business Development who wants to contribute to our continued development and growth.

About the role

In the role of Project Manager Business Development, you will lead and drive strategic projects related to business development, globalization, and efficiency. You will work closely with all parts of the business and ensure that initiatives are translated into concrete business value.

You will play a central role in identifying new opportunities, improving processes, and developing our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute business development projects from idea to implementation
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business potential
• Work with business cases, investment proposals, and ROI tracking
• Ensure structure, governance, and goal achievement in projects
• Report status, risks, and results to management and steering groups

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a strong project manager with a clear business understanding and the ability to translate strategy into execution.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant university education
• Experience in project management within industry or manufacturing
• Experience in business development, globalization, or business improvement
• Good familiarity with working with business cases, KPIs, and tracking
• Ability to work in a structured manner
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, English, and not least Spanish

Experience of international operations is an advantage.
