The HR department works to ensure that Hultsfred Municipality is an attractive employer where managers and employees are given good conditions to succeed in their assignments. The HR department consists of eight people with competencies ranging from operational HR support and strategic business development to lifelong learning. Here, there is a strong desire to support each other, share knowledge, and become a little better every day.
More about the duties:
As an HR consultant with us, you will have a varied, developing, and meaningful assignment. You work closely with managers and leadership groups within one or several operations and serve as a qualified support in both operational and strategic HR matters.
You work independently to drive HR work forward while being an active part of the HR department's joint development work.
In the role, you work among other things with:
- Employment law, negotiation, and cooperation
- Work environment and systematic work environment work
- Rehabilitation and sick leave issues
- Recruitment and competence supply
- Salary formation and employment terms
- Organization and business development
- Support to managers in leadership matters
You contribute to creating good relationships and cooperation in the organization and have a genuine interest in the operations' assignments and challenges. By understanding the whole picture, you can provide HR support that creates real value and contributes to the operations' goal fulfillment.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a degree in HR/personnel science or other education that the employer considers equivalent.
We would like you to have a few years of experience in qualified HR work where you have worked closely with managers and operations in an advisory role.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
- Have the ability to create good relationships and build trust.
- Enjoy giving support, guidance, and developing managers in their leadership.
- Feel secure in employment law matters and in the role as an advisor to managers.
- Are self-initiating, structured, and take responsibility for driving issues forward.
- Have good analytical skills and can turn facts into practical solutions.
- Are accustomed to working in digital environments and using digital tools in your work.
- Have good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
It is an advantage if you have experience from public operations or work with the development of digital HR processes and analysis tools.
