Competence Recruitment Leader for the Social Services Administration

Borgholm Municipality is looking for a Competence Recruitment Leader for the staffing unit within the Social Services Administration. In this role, you will use your engagement, creativity, and courage to attract more people to healthcare and care professions. The position also includes personnel responsibility for the employees within the staffing unit.

Responsibilities
As a Competence Recruitment Leader, you have personnel, operational, and budgetary responsibility for the staffing unit. Together with your team, you will develop and drive the unit forward, creating initiatives and campaigns that raise awareness of our professions.
A significant part of the role involves being a visible and positive voice for Borgholm Municipality as an employer. You will build relationships with various external parties, such as schools, associations, trade fairs, events, and other platforms where future employees can be found. You will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including managers at all levels within the administration, HR, controllers, and others.
You will coordinate the municipality's summer recruitment and train and coach our ambassadors to inspire more people to become part of future care.
The role also includes developing and modernizing the administration's onboarding process. You report directly to the Social Services Director and are part of the administration's management group.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have education and experience working in communication, HR, recruitment, training others, or other experience that the employer considers equivalent.
You thrive best in a role that combines strategy with practical implementation, and you have a natural ability to inspire, engage, and build trust. You enjoy meeting people, networking, and giving presentations. You are particularly stimulated by assignments that allow you to think outside the box and test new ways to reach target groups.
Furthermore, you are courageous, creative, and solution-focused, with good skills in expressing yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you have experience in a managerial and/or coordinating role, or in leading work teams, with or without personnel responsibility.
