About the Assignment

We are currently seeking a driven Payroll Administrator for an extended consulting assignment with a client in the Kalmar region. You will be responsible for ongoing payroll processing and will serve as a key support to both managers and employees regarding payroll, time reporting, and HR administration.

This role is ideal for you if you thrive in a dynamic environment where precision, structure, and excellent service are second nature.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing payroll administration and time reporting.
• Ensure that payroll processing complies with Swedish legislation, collective agreements, and internal guidelines.
• Provide support and advice to managers and employees on payroll and HR-related matters.
• Prepare reports, statistics, and materials related to payroll and personnel.
• Participate in improvement and development work within payroll and HR processes.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in qualified payroll administration.
• Good knowledge of Swedish labor law, tax regulations, and collective agreements.
• Experience with modern payroll, HR, and time reporting systems.
• Strong computer literacy and good skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Post-secondary education in payroll, HR, economics, or equivalent work experience.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
