About the role

At the Personnel Department in Mönsterås Municipality, we work closely with the administrations to create a strong and thriving organization. The Personnel Department consists of the payroll unit, the HR unit, the staffing unit, the communications and service unit, and the municipal network.

We are now looking for an experienced HR Developer for hourly employment as needed during the autumn of 2026. The assignment is primarily focused on rehabilitation and support for managers in individual cases. The role suits you who want to work flexibly and contribute your skills in an operation where close and professional HR support makes a difference every day.

Responsibilities

As an HR Developer with us, you will primarily work with rehabilitation cases. You function as an operationally close support to managers in the rehabilitation process and contribute with knowledge, structure, and security in matters concerning work adaptation, sick leave, documentation, and collaboration with involved parties.

The work may, for example, involve supporting managers before and after rehabilitation meetings, giving advice on action plans, following up on ongoing cases, and contributing to driving the process forward in a legally secure and caring manner.

Other related personnel matters may also occur, but the focus of the assignment is rehabilitation and operational support to managers in individual cases.

We are primarily looking for you who can quickly get up to speed with ongoing cases, work independently, and be a secure support to managers in matters that often require both structure, sensitivity, and a good understanding of labor law.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• A degree from the PA program, HRM, or other relevant higher education.
• Experience in qualified HR work.
• Good experience in rehabilitation work and support for managers in rehabilitation processes.
• Good knowledge of the employer's responsibility during rehabilitation and work adaptation.
• Experience handling individual cases and supporting managers in difficult personnel matters.
• Good administrative skills and habit of documenting in a structured way.

It is meritorious if you have experience working in municipal or other politically governed operations, as well as knowledge of municipal agreements and collaboration with trade unions.
