Job Description

Do you have experience in service coordination, customer contact, or technical services, and are you ready for the next step in your career? Perhaps you are curious about a role where you can combine service, technology, and security? Then the position of Team Patrol Guard might be right for you.

In the role of Team Patrol Guard, you have a central function in our delivery of service, aftermarket, and security services. You are responsible for contact with subcontractors, customers, and internal sales functions, ensuring that our services and products are delivered with high quality. You act as an important coordinating link and are the hub in handling service and aftermarket-related cases, where you coordinate, follow up, and drive issues forward to create the best possible customer experience.

For example, you will:

• Handle incoming cases
• Coordinate and administer the technical delivery to our customers
• Conduct internal and external delivery checks
• Maintain contact with customers and subcontractors for follow-up on service tasks
• Create conditions for new business
• Assist in the role of guard when the business requires it and during periods of lower workload.

We believe you are an ambitious person who is used to creating structure in your work and getting things done. You will have many contact surfaces, both internally and externally, so we see that you have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others. You work independently, are results-oriented, and take great responsibility for your tasks. The role requires that you are outgoing, driven, systematic, and responsible.

You have practical skills, are handy, and enjoy varied tasks. Heavy lifting may occur, and you are comfortable working at heights when the situation requires it. Working hours are usually during office hours, Monday–Friday, but evening and weekend work may occur as needed.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. The greatest weight will be placed on your personal suitability for the position.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Passing grade in Swedish from the first year of upper secondary school
• Good knowledge of English
• Category B driver's license
• 2 years of work experience
