About the Role

We need more energy heroes, and now we are looking for an Electrical Safety Specialist who wants to join the journey! Is that you? Together we make a difference, for society as a whole.

As an Electrical Safety Specialist, you work closely with both operations and strategy within electrical safety. You contribute to developing working methods, ensuring compliance with regulations, and sharing your knowledge through training and advisory services.

You are a key contact point within the organization and collaborate with both internal and external actors within the energy sector. The role involves variety, impact, and the opportunity to develop the field forward. You will have the opportunity to influence both working methods and safety levels in a socially critical operation while building a broad network throughout the entire energy sector.

Examples of tasks:

• Conduct training in ESA (Electrical Safety Instructions).
• Develop and quality-assure methods within electrical safety (e.g., work in electric fields/AMS).
• Ensure that operations comply with laws, standards, and regulations.
• Train and spread knowledge within electrical safety, both internally and externally.
• Provide advisory support in complex issues and various scenarios.
• Participate in development work together with industry actors.
• Collaborate with HSSEQ functions and other parts of the organization.

Requirements

We are looking for you who have extensive experience in the field of electrical safety and thrive in a role where you can combine expert knowledge with collaboration, knowledge sharing, and development. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and finding solutions in complex situations. To succeed in the role, it is important that you work in a structured manner, are meticulous, and enjoy collaborating with many different contact points.

We know that you will develop together with us. However, we would like you to already have:

• Post-secondary education in electrical power or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in electrical safety and the energy sector.
• Experience working in the field.
• Good knowledge of regulations, standards, and practical working methods.
• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Category B driver's license.
