We are not looking for just anyone; we are looking for you, someone who wants to work in one of Sector Alarm's most important departments – our alarm center, which operates 24/7, year-round. What does your new role as an Alarm Operator look like?

The alarm center is the heart of the office; it is where we can help our customers who are exposed to direct danger. We are proud to provide our customers with first-class service, innovative products, and advice for a safer everyday life. As an alarm operator, you will handle calls related to alarms – such as fire, burglary, or technical faults. You will be responsible for initiating the correct action for each incident, acting as customer support, training our customers in our alarm systems, and following up on active incidents.

Just as you will handle calls regarding a developed fire, you will also receive calls about burnt food that triggered the fire alarm or a ventilation window that was opened at night when the security system was armed. Therefore, it is important that you thrive with changes in pace and help all our customers with the utmost care, regardless of the incident.

In the alarm center, it is important to do the right thing, and our procedures for how we act should be second nature. Therefore, you will receive thorough training when you start with us.

Who are we looking for?

We see that you have good experience in service professions where you are used to handling customers and solving problems. You are comfortable using the computer and the phone as your primary work tools. We believe in our employees' potential to develop, and therefore your values and personal qualities are just as important as your formal competence. In addition, we assume that you master both Swedish and English in speech and writing. Background checks will be conducted both during the phone screening to ensure satisfactory extracts from the Police's criminal record register and also a thorough check in accordance with the Security Protection Act (1996:627).
