The role involves close collaboration with developers, architects, and other specialists, where you act as a support, sounding board, and advisor on security matters.
This is a role where you have the opportunity to make an impact. Working methods, processes, and technical guidelines continue to evolve, meaning your ideas and expertise will play a vital role in the company's ongoing Product Security work.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze digital products based on current and upcoming cybersecurity requirements, focusing on EU regulations such as the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and Radio Equipment Directive (RED).

- Work with Product Security throughout the entire development lifecycle and contribute to a structured Secure Development Lifecycle.
- Identify security and compliance gaps, create concrete action plans, and support teams in prioritizing and implementing the right measures.
- Collaborate with development teams and other specialists regarding security requirements for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid solutions.
- Contribute to the development of processes, methods, and tools within Product Security and cybersecurity.
- Have a completed university degree in Data Science or similar, including courses in cybersecurity.
- Have at least 1–2 years of work experience in digital product security within both hardware and software.
- Have experience in product development and a good understanding of how security requirements are integrated throughout the development process.
- Have good knowledge of and experience working with EU directives within product legislation and regulations, such as IEC 62443-4-1 and IEC 62443-4-2.
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily internal and external communication.
- Have worked with or have good knowledge of RED and CRA.
- Have experience with cloud-based solutions, Kubernetes, and/or software development.
Furthermore, significant emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. We see that you, as a candidate, are proactive and thrive driving issues forward in a developing organization. To thrive in this role, we believe you also have the courage to challenge established ways of working and feel confident making decisions and giving recommendations.
