About the role

We are looking for approximately 10 security guards to ensure a safe workplace in our projects on-site with several of our clients. The work will be varied, involving both day and night shifts. There is also an opportunity to start earlier with other clients around the west coast. As a security guard at Addici, you protect contractors who perform hazardous outdoor work at our clients' facilities. You analyze the safety risks associated with different tasks and ensure that protective equipment is available and used correctly. You work proactively and are always ready to intervene and raise the alarm if something happens.

Examples of tasks:

• Monitoring during hot work
• Gas watch
• Entry into confined spaces
• Flagman as needed
• Crane watch

Your experience

To succeed in the role of security guard, it is a great advantage if you have experience and training in workplace safety, hot work, confined space entry, and rescue planning. If you have worked as a security guard before, we see this as a merit, otherwise we offer relevant training.

The work will sometimes take place at significant heights (20–25 m), so it is important that you are not afraid of heights. You have a strong safety mindset and can communicate this to your surroundings. Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team are important. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Polish or Baltic languages is seen as a merit.
