Your role

To further strengthen our system security team, we are now looking to hire System Security Engineers to work with our products within Saab Surveillance's areas of Surface Sensor Solutions, Airborne Early Warning, and Fighter Radar.

You will play a key role in ensuring that system security is considered during the development of our sensor systems. You will work with cutting-edge technology through analyses, requirement specification, design support, and reviews to ensure that the systems are safe to use and accident risks are minimized. The role requires dialogue and collaboration with various engineering disciplines, such as system design, software, mechanics, and electronics.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and the ability to quickly grasp and understand complex systems and their structure. You have the ability to work methodically, systematically, analytically, and in a solution-oriented manner.

To thrive in this role, we also see that you are driven and have a strong will to achieve results. At the same time, it is important that you enjoy working with others. We therefore value communication skills, endurance, and integrity. You speak and write fluent Swedish, and since many of the company's customers operate in an international environment, it is also important that you master English in both speech and writing.

Qualifications:

• Technical university degree
• Experience in product development is an advantage
• Knowledge of security standards and regulations is an advantage
• Experience in system security work is an advantage

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
