As an Age Controller and Mystery Shopper, you will travel around Västra Götaland, visiting shops, cafés, restaurants, and more. Your main task involves conducting "test purchases" of age-restricted products such as games, tobacco, medicine, and alcohol to ensure that staff request ID verification. Additionally, you will perform anonymous quality measurements as a Mystery Shopper. You will act as a regular customer and evaluate factors such as the environment, sales process, and staff courtesy based on a customized protocol with various metrics, similar to a customer or market survey. We help our clients improve quality and sales in customer interactions while ensuring that established routines are consistently followed.

We are currently looking for individuals interested in performing Mystery Shopping assignments, specifically age control checks. These checks aim to ensure that alcohol is not sold to minors, in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 5 of the Alcohol Act.

To participate as a test purchaser in age control, you must be at least 20 years old, or of an age that is representative for the legal purchase of alcoholic beverages.

You must hold a manual B driver's license and have good driving skills, as you will travel using the vehicles we provide. You will work in teams of two, typically working from morning until evening during standard retail opening hours.

We select suitable candidates on an ongoing basis and invite them to interviews for a more detailed presentation of the role, structure, and compensation.
