Do you want to work with support within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central in a business where the area is growing? We are now looking for a Support/Service Desk Technician for a consulting assignment starting September 1st with a duration of six months. You will become part of a team working close to the business with support, troubleshooting, and user assistance within Dynamics Business Central. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute in an environment where quality, service, and collaboration are in focus.

At our client, you will:
- Work with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central in a developing business.
- Have a six-month consulting assignment starting September 1st.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Enjoy a varied role with close contact with users and the business.
What you will do here
- Provide support to users in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Handle incoming support cases and troubleshoot incidents.
- Prioritize, follow up, and document cases.
- Collaborate with the business and technical specialists to solve problems.
- Contribute to a high service level and a positive user experience.
Your team and workplace
You will become part of a team working with support and service within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. The role involves close collaboration with both users and colleagues within IT and the business. About you
You have experience working in a service desk or support role and thrive on helping users and solving technical problems. You have worked with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and experience with other business systems is advantageous. You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and have a service-oriented approach. You are accustomed to collaborating with various stakeholders and are motivated by providing users with professional support.
