About the Role

We are looking for a junior star in Machine Learning and Computer Science to join our Machine Learning Team. This isn't about grinding away in old legacy systems. We are building new, fast, and smart.

We are looking for someone who has embraced the "vibe coding" philosophy: you focus on architecture, logic, and creativity, while letting the absolute latest AI tools handle the heavy lifting of the code.

Who Are You?

• You are in your final semester of a relevant civil engineering or master's program, with a planned graduation this summer.
• You have likely built personal projects where you used LLMs to accelerate your development. You are a "power user" of tools like Cursor, Replit, or similar.
• You have a solid foundation in computer science and understand the mechanics behind ML, but you prefer applying them practically rather than just theorizing. However, understanding and challenging code/architecture is a must.
• You understand that the best code is the code that solves the problem fastest and most securely.

Tools

• Object-oriented Python, Numpy/Pandas, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Theoretical passion and understanding of both classic and newer ML algorithms.
