About the role

Our client continues to grow and is now looking for two experienced C# developers to join their Public 360° team in Solna. Here you will work in an international and competent team, contributing to providing the necessary infrastructure for efficient case and document management, primarily within the public sector.

Our client is a leading provider of case and document management systems in the Nordic region. Public 360° is used by hundreds of authorities and public organizations, forming a central part of the digital infrastructure that makes society's services more efficient.

This is a role for you who want to develop technically – but also grow as a consultant, take responsibility in customer relations, and eventually be able to sell solutions and projects.

Responsibilities

As a system developer, you will work with development, adaptations, and integrations related to our client's core product, Public 360°. You will contribute to creating efficient solutions for case and document management, in collaboration with a dedicated team.

• Development in C#, React, SQL Server, and within Public 360°
• Adaptations, integrations, and add-ons related to Public 360°
• Drive dialogue with customers regarding technical needs, solutions, and projects
• Contribute to both new development and implementation
• Participate in customer meetings and represent the company in a business-like manner
• In the long term, you may also have the opportunity to manage your own customer contacts, help sell solutions, add-ons, and projects, and contribute to tender and offer work.

We are looking for you who

• Have 3-5 years of experience in system development
• Have good knowledge of C# or Java, React, and SQL Server
• Have relevant education in IT or equivalent experience
• Enjoy customer dialogue and have a consultative approach
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience from the public sector
• Experience with Public 360° or other case/document management systems

To be considered senior, you need to be able to contribute to sales, networking, and business development – not just be technically skilled.

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

• Are confident in taking responsibility both technically and in customer relations
• Have a business mindset and are curious about selling solutions
• Could run your own limited company or understand how the consulting business works
• Are proactive, communicative, and self-initiating
