About the role

The IT support team at Svenska kraftnät consists of 15 people who, through various roles, support the entire organization with IT-related issues. The team primarily consists of infrastructure specialists and IT technicians with different specializations. This position is aimed at you who have an interest and experience in AV technology.

All IT technicians in the team are responsible for case management for the entire organization. This includes, among other things, user support, handling orders, documenting solutions and routines, training and information dissemination, as well as the development of processes and working methods. With your focus on broadcasting technology, your responsibilities also include:

• Handling and supporting internal and external broadcasts, both digital and physical.
• Handling cases related to clients, operating systems, conference room and meeting technology (AV technology) according to SLAs and delivery times.
• Ensuring information, classification, and prioritization of cases in our case management system.

About you

In support, collaboration is the foundation of everything. We work together to solve issues and develop our processes. In your role, you will also collaborate extensively with the rest of the organization's staff on matters concerning AV and broadcasting technology.

As an expert in your field, you will need to remain calm and confident in situations arising from, for example, live broadcasts and large meetings. The challenges that arise do not always have standard solutions; you will need to use your problem-solving skills and creativity to move forward.

We are looking for you with post-secondary education in IT or alternatively at least 5 years of work experience in IT as an IT technician/support technician.

Other requirements for the position are:

• Experience with broadcasts/streaming, broadcasting technology & video production.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software related to clients and AV technology.
• Experience troubleshooting peripheral equipment such as printers, monitors, booking screens.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits for the position include:

• Education in broadcasting technology, video production, and streaming or similar.
• Experience working with ServiceNow as a case management system.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365.
