Do you want to combine administration with IT? We are looking for a Junior System Administrator who wants to work with business support, case management, and member administration at the Swedish Transport Workers' Union. Additionally, you will become a key figure in the development of their new business system, handling everything from requirement specification, efficiency improvements, and development work.

About the role

As a System Administrator at the Swedish Transport Workers' Union, you are responsible for a broad spectrum of administrative tasks within support, case management, registry maintenance, as well as member and payment administration. You work in several systems in parallel and handle ongoing files, reports, and data. You will become part of the administrative team within the union's IT department, which means you will support 25 local offices across the country with system support and administration. The main purpose of the role is to ensure high-quality payment and member administration, case management, development, and the efficiency of new business systems.

You are stepping into an exciting time where the union is facing a planned switch of its business and member systems. This means you will have the chance to be involved in the preparatory work, requirement specification, and testing of the new system from the start. Here you will have the opportunity to come up with ideas, find ways for automation, and see possibilities in new technology, such as future AI support. You will work closely with the operations, have many contact points both internally and externally, and contribute to ensuring that daily tasks are performed with high quality and good structure.

This position involves employment and office work at one of the following locations: Nyköping, Linköping, Halmstad, Gothenburg, Karlstad, Sundsvall, Luleå, Helsingborg, Borås, or Jönköping.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and drive incoming cases and ensure that administration, data, and registers maintain high quality.
  • Responsible for member and payment administration in the business systems.
  • Create and update documentation, routines, and guides.
  • Actively participate in requirement specification, testing, and development during the implementation of new systems.
  • Work with change management to automate manual processes and contribute to higher efficiency.

We are looking for you who

  • Are available for full-time work at one of the following locations: Nyköping, Linköping, Halmstad, Gothenburg, Karlstad, Sundsvall, Luleå, Helsingborg, Borås, or Jönköping.
  • Have completed upper secondary education (high school).
  • Have basic knowledge of the Office package.
  • Have experience in administrative work or back-office operations.
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Have very good computer skills and a technical interest.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Experience with case management and documentation.
  • Experience with administrative systems/CRM-like systems.
  • Experience with report handling.
  • Experience working in several parallel administrative systems.
  • Experience with registry maintenance, data quality, or similar.
