Do you want to lead, monitor, and develop security work in a complex and socially vital operation? We are looking for a driven and experienced person to join our team working with information management, information security, and operational requirements for our IT environments. The global situation places continuously higher demands on the protection of our information and data, so that we can continue to contribute to keeping society safe. Therefore, we need to constantly evaluate and improve our working methods, knowledge, and tools to create continuous resilience against both cyberattacks and other types of infiltration.

Depending on your current expertise, previous experience, and willingness to develop, the role and tasks can be shaped to build a strong whole within the group. Our Mission and How You Fit In

Our mission is to ensure the efficiency and correctness of operations, with the entry point being to connect the two disciplines of information management and information security. Thanks to this combination of competencies, we can operationally support and coach employees, leaders, and managers. We are also responsible for defining and monitoring requirements for our IT environments within Saab's business unit Naval Combat Systems.

Depending on your expertise and previous experience, you will be responsible for one or more of the following areas, in collaboration with the rest of the group:

• Collaborate with operations to identify vulnerabilities in our information and operational architecture, and identify suitable solutions for these;
• Continuously evaluate and improve the protection of our information assets, both existing and future;
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to information security, and monitor ongoing risk mitigation measures;
• Lead selected parts of operations through change initiatives and major structural shifts regarding information management and security, often related to changed IT support;
• Formulate and continuously develop routines for safe and efficient information management, including training and user support;
• Bridge the gap between operations and its IT infrastructure, e.g., through operational requirements for secure and efficient information flows, and a good developer experience;
• Monitor and analyze compliance with internal goals within information security;
• Develop, implement, and manage continuity plans for the entire or parts of the operation.

You will become part of a relatively small and well-knit group, where we naturally share challenges and support each other based on individual expertise and abilities.

Your Profile

If you are the one we are looking for, you have excellent skills for building and maintaining working relationships, and can handle different types of collaborations effectively. You have a structured and systematic approach to challenges, and show perseverance when things get tough. You also have a knack for motivating and engaging people around you.

Regarding experience and education, we believe you have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in IT, information management, information security, or risk management, or equivalent professional experience;
• Understanding of information classifications regarding corporate confidentiality, export control, defense secrecy, and personal integrity;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is also meritorious if you can show:

• Experience in, for example, value stream mapping or process development;
• Experience from continuous improvement work in a relevant industry;
• Basic understanding of frameworks and standards within risk management, e.g., NIST RMF, ISO 27001, or ISO 31000.
