Do you want to take your expertise in Java development to the next level while working with AI as a natural part of how we build modern systems? We are looking for a senior developer with extensive experience in Java and modern frontend frameworks who wants to help build the digital solutions of the future together with us at Accelerate.

Your role
As part of our development team, you are central to the work of creating stable, modern, and scalable applications. You combine technical skill with an agile working method and contribute to solutions that make a real difference for users.

You work broadly across the entire development chain, from design and development to testing and delivery, switching between backend and frontend development to create robust end-to-end solutions.

In this role, you work closely with the business and customers on various types of assignments, ranging from established business systems to modern, cloud-based, and AI-related solutions. At the same time, you explore how AI can be used both in the development process and in the solutions we build.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who have at least 8 years of experience as a full-stack developer, with deep expertise in Java and experience with modern web technologies. You are solution-oriented, enjoy working closely with the business, and have an eye for both technology and user value.

You have a genuine interest in how AI can be used practically in system development and see the possibilities with new technology. You thrive in customer-facing contexts, enjoy collaborating, and are happy to share your knowledge. We also believe you have an academic education in system development or similar, and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

Swedish citizenship is required for this position, and a background check will be conducted.

We also believe you have experience with:

• Java and Spring Boot
• React or Angular
• TypeScript or JavaScript
• Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD
• Agile working methods such as Scrum or Kanban

It is a plus if you have experience with:

• AI integrations or LLM-based solutions
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Java EE/Jakarta EE

Location
Accelerate has offices in several locations in Sweden and Norway. For this position, you will be based at our office in Stockholm, with the possibility of hybrid work.
