Business Analyst – Digital Solutions (Stockholm, Linköping or Karlstad)

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst for an exciting assignment with one of our clients in Digital Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading initiatives from idea and requirements gathering to development, implementation, and deployment. You will act as the link between operations, management, and delivery teams, ensuring that projects are executed according to plan, budget, and set goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives through the entire lifecycle – from requirements gathering and design to development, implementation, and handover.
  • Define project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management plan.
  • Plan activities, resources, and timelines for efficient execution.
  • Ensure processes for quality, scope management, and risk management.
  • Monitor project progress, economics, and deliverables, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present status reports and decision-making materials for management and stakeholders.
  • Manage changes and ensure that agreed-upon deliverables are met.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with operations and other stakeholders through clear and regular communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the Solution Team Lead and other team members.
  • Identify and manage risks and obstacles to ensure project success.

Key Areas of Expertise

Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects and/or project portfolios within one of the following areas:

  • AI Solutions
  • Automation
  • Digital Solutions
  • Data Engineering or Data Science
  • IT Solutions

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in project and portfolio management.
  • Good understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies.
  • Practical experience with Jira and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of SAFe and ITIL.
  • An academic degree in computer science, data science, economics, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.

Location: Stockholm, Linköping, Gothenburg, Malmö, or Karlstad.

Assignment Period: October 8, 2026 – August 31, 2027.
