You will step into a central role in a modeling pool where information models are a key part of the business's development. Here, you work closely with information architects, business analysts, business experts, and IT to ensure that logical and physical information models maintain high quality and meet both business and regulatory requirements.

This role suits you if you want to combine detailed modeling with a broader architectural perspective. You will become a crucial link between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on creating structure, harmonization, and clarity in data and information flows. Additionally, you will contribute to target architecture related to future CRM/MA solutions, making this role particularly interesting for those who want to influence long-term strategic decisions in a complex and regulated environment.

• You develop, document, and maintain logical and physical information models for various business areas and source systems.
• You drive detailed modeling and harmonization between data structures and target models.
• You analyze source systems, create data dictionaries and metadata, and contribute to initiatives within data governance and data management.
• You lead workshops and advocate for the practical adherence to standards and guidelines for information modeling.
• You collaborate closely with architects and business analysts to connect business needs with sustainable technical solutions.
• You prepare and present materials to information architects within the business unit.

• Relevant university education in IT or Systems Science.
• At least 6 years of experience in information modeling, including 4 years as an information architect in large organizations.
• Good understanding of information architecture, data governance, data management, and architectural principles.
• Experience from banking, insurance, or regulated industries (minimum 3 years).
• Ability to balance quality and time requirements to meet set deadlines and milestones.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

• Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation.
