Do you want to work closely with our customers and help them develop smart system solutions that simplify and improve their operations? We are looking for a Project Manager who sees technology as a tool to develop businesses and drive the company forward.

In this role, you will have a central position in our system development projects, responsible for the entire delivery. You have the ability to understand customer needs, identify development opportunities, and transform them into effective digital solutions with long-term value.

You drive projects forward with structure, curiosity, and close collaboration with both customers and developers.

In the role of Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving system development projects from start to finish – from planning and execution to follow-up and further development.
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Leading the team by distributing tasks and following up with reporting to both the customer and internally.
• Holding the entire delivery together – you act as a central link between the customer, system developers, and key stakeholders.
• Identifying new needs and business opportunities for the customer, and transforming them into value-creating digital solutions.

Who are you?

A business-driven and responsible person who takes ownership of their projects. You communicate clearly and explicitly in Swedish and English, whether dealing with technical teams or the business side. You are analytical, structured, and social, with the ability to look ahead and plan several steps ahead.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in fields such as system science, engineering, economics, or another relevant direction.
• The role suits you if you have experience and wish to continue developing within technical project management.
• Worked close to business operations and understand how technology supports business processes.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience from a consulting role and the habit of adapting to different customers' needs.
• Worked in IT within industries such as banking, finance, insurance, or at companies with similar size and complexity as Multisoft.
• Consulting mindset – you are receptive, solution-oriented, and have an easy time getting into the daily routines of different organizations.
