About the Company

At Avaron, you get the security of permanent employment combined with the variety of working at different customers. We place specialists across everything from tech, IT and industry to project management and business support – and whatever the assignment, you have a consultant manager who is there for you and your development.

About the Role

You will take a key role in a large Nordic CRM transformation with broad IT impact across two markets. This is not about owning the core CRM platform itself, but about leading the full IT change around it: upstream customer-facing platforms, downstream operational and enterprise systems, target architecture, and the operating model needed to make the change work in practice.

The environment is complex and highly interconnected, with more than 60 systems, 10+ technology teams, and several vendors involved. You will bring structure to a landscape with many dependencies and help turn plans, decisions, and risks into clear actions and measurable progress.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and program governance while coordinating teams that sit across different functions and vendor setups. This is an exciting opportunity for you who enjoy large-scale transformation, influence across a matrix organisation, and a role where your ability to create momentum makes a visible difference.

Job Description
  • You will own the overall IT coordination and delivery management for a major CRM transformation.
  • You will drive execution across teams by creating clear ownership, deadlines, dependency management, and structured follow-up routines.
  • You will lead end-to-end IT change across connected platforms and systems, from business requirement support towards the core CRM to IT epics and delivery oversight across multiple DevOps teams.
  • You will coordinate key program streams such as analysis, migration, transition, test and QA, cloud platform, and architecture.
  • You will align business priorities, IT delivery, architecture, and vendor execution so that decisions translate into concrete outcomes.
  • You will actively follow up on actions, commitments, risks, and issues, and make sure blockers are escalated and resolved in time.
  • You will strengthen governance and reporting by preparing decision material for program and steering forums.
  • You will support the adoption of agile ways of working and continuous improvement, including opportunities linked to AI and automation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading large-scale IT transformations in complex organisations.
  • Strong ability to drive complex delivery to completion in a matrix environment.
  • Experience leading through influence and creating accountability without direct line management.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery, DevOps practices, and modern platform-based IT landscapes.
  • Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery trade-offs across a broad system landscape.
  • Ability to create structure, urgency, and clear ownership across teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent Swedish and English.
What We Offer
  • Permanent employment at Avaron AB
  • Occupational pension
  • Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year
