The Office of the Prime Minister's Cabinet (Regeringskansliet) is in the midst of a comprehensive digital transformation. Driven by innovation, we are developing digital working methods, collaboration models, and solutions that make our daily lives easier and more efficient.
Our mission is unique. We are helping to build part of Sweden's digital backbone, and our services are used within the Office of the Prime Minister's Cabinet and at over 100 Swedish diplomatic missions worldwide.
We are now taking the next step and strengthening our team with an experienced BMC Helix specialist.
About the role:
The role involves administering, developing, and optimizing the BMC Helix ITSM platform. You will act as a technical expert during incidents and troubleshooting, as well as in larger change initiatives.
You will also participate in various projects and collaborate with different area specialists to streamline our internal processes using the ITSM platform.
You will contribute to cost optimization of the ITSM environment and to the administration of the shared technical operations environment at the Office of the Prime Minister's Cabinet.
We are in an exciting phase with great opportunities ahead within the ITSM team. Based on the modern ITSM platform BMC Helix, we plan to develop new features and capabilities that support and streamline the internal processes of the Office of the Prime Minister's Cabinet.

Your background:
Formal requirements
- University education with an IT focus or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Previous work experience in a government agency or large organization
- Experience in technical administration of the BMC Helix ITSM platform
- Experience in report generation for BMC Helix ITSM
- Knowledge of the modules: Incident, Work Order, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Asset
- Knowledge of: AR System (ARS) development, Developer Studio, Workflow (Active Links, Filters, Escalations), API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience with integration platforms and Atrium Integrator is also considered an advantage.

Other information
The position is a permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.
The position is security-classified, and a security investigation with register check will be conducted before a decision on employment is made. You must be a Swedish citizen, but may have a foreign background.
