ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an AI Developer, you will be one of the first employees in a new team focused on AI and automation. The team is in a setup phase where you will have the opportunity to help shape workflows, solutions, and future development.

You will work on developing internal AI solutions that help developers and the business work smarter and more efficiently. Since the environment is closed, you will build and adapt custom solutions around open language models, with a focus on creating secure and usable AI tools.

The role is broad and suits you who enjoy building new solutions, exploring new technology, and turning ideas into functional tools. You will work closely with both developers and other tech teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that deliver real value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop AI solutions based on Large Language Models (LLM)
• Build RAG solutions to make internal knowledge accessible
• Develop tools and automation using Python
• Build integrations and plugins for internal systems
• Automate development workflows and technical processes
• Collaborate with developers and other tech teams to identify new use cases for AI
• Contribute to the development of a secure AI platform in a closed environment

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Have a university or civil engineering degree in fields such as computer science, system development, or similar
• Have experience with Python or another modern programming language
• Have a strong interest in AI, language models, or machine learning
• Have experience in system development, automation, or similar technical work
• Are interested in developing tools that simplify and streamline work for other developers
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the role

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• LLMs or Generative AI
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• CI/CD or automation
• Docker or Kubernetes
• Prompt engineering or AI agents

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site.

• Location: Järfälla (relocation to Solna Strand planned for autumn)
• Work model: On-site
• Salary: Market competitive monthly salary
