Your Responsibilities:

• You are the first point of contact for users via phone, chat, and email – guiding them safely and professionally!
• You resolve technical issues in a pedagogical, efficient, and service-oriented manner.
• You work with troubleshooting across various areas, such as:
  • networks
  • operating systems
  • information security
  • peripherals
• You prioritize, document, and follow up on cases to ensure quality and structure.
• You continuously learn new systems and technologies – development is a natural part of the role.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant upper secondary education or equivalent qualifications
• Experience working in IT support or similar roles
• Knowledge of case management systems
• General knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
