About the role

The role involves extensive contact with our employees and includes providing support for IT-related questions both via phone and through physical visits out in the operations. The IT support functions as a central unit within the agency and plays a vital role in supporting the organization's users in their daily work. The job also entails collaboration with several different departments within the organization. Working hours are scheduled during daytime.

About the unit

Nature-surrounded Grindsjön is located on Södertörn, approximately 40 km south of Stockholm. SL bus connections are available to Tumba, Västerhaninge, and Ösmo/Nynäshamn. Do you have the competency profile we need?

Requirements

• Completed upper secondary education with a focus on modern IT, technology, or equivalent, alternatively professional experience that the employer considers relevant for the position,
• Approximately 2–3 years of experience in IT support, servicedesk, or another comparable IT-related role,
• You express yourself very well both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English,
• Valid driver's license (category B).

You collaborate well with others and contribute to a positive team climate. At the same time, you take responsibility for your tasks and drive them forward in a structured way. The position is a permanent appointment that may be initiated with a six-month probationary period.
