About Ericsson AB

Ericsson AB

About this opportunity:

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) at Ericsson secures a PLM environment that integrates people, data, processes and systems to support an efficient business process. We ensure accessibility, traceability, and automation to make data available throughout the entire product lifecycle for different needs with the goal to support Ericsson to meet customer needs in different stages of the product lifecycle. It is about enabling the Ericsson digitalization journey.

Step into a key coordination role at the heart of PLM Solution Area HW, where your work will make collaboration smoother, delivery more predictable, and progress more transparent.

As PLM HW Program Scrum of Scrums, you will bring together internal Ericsson teams and supplier teams across sites and functions to align priorities, manage dependencies, remove impediments, and keep delivery moving. This is an opportunity to influence program-level ways of working, strengthen Agile execution in a multi-team ecosystem, and help shape the continued digitalization journey within Ericsson PLM.

What you will do:

  • Facilitate Agile Excellence: Lead program-level ceremonies (Scrum of Scrums, PI events, retrospectives) to align teams, accelerate decision-making, and ensure focus on business value.
  • Drive Delivery Flow: Proactively identify and remove impediments that block teams, managing dependencies between PLM, R&D, Supply, IT, and external suppliers.
  • Enable Strategy: Support Product Owners and architects with backlog refinement, prioritization, and dependency management aligned with program objectives.
  • Champion Transparency: Track, analyze, and communicate key Agile metrics to provide progress insights, support data-driven decisions, and improve predictability.
  • Foster Culture: Build a collaborative, learning-oriented environment that encourages knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and delivery maturity.

The skills you bring:

  • Proven Leadership: Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Program Scrum Master, or in a similar leadership role facilitating Agile across multiple teams.
  • Technical Context: Significant experience in complex system development (PLM, R&D, or HW/SW-intensive domains).
  • Strategic Facilitation: Strong ability to build trust, navigate competing priorities, and manage complex stakeholder landscapes (internal and supplier teams).
  • Problem-Solving: A structured, proactive approach to spotting program-level risks and driving mitigation.
  • Tools & Mindset: Proficiency in Jira/Confluence; a passion for scaling Agile and driving continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English.

Open to all We focus on your competence, not your other prerequisites. We are open to adapting the role or workplace to your needs.
