Do you want to lead testing efforts in some of Sweden's most exciting IT projects?
At Humanit, we are currently looking for an experienced Test Lead who wants to ensure the quality of business-critical systems for some of Sweden's most well-known companies and authorities.
As a consultant with us, you will work on varied assignments where you lead testing activities from planning to delivery. We are looking for someone who thrives in a role that combines structure, leadership, and technical understanding to create successful projects.
Responsibilities:
As a Test Lead, you will:
- Plan, lead, and coordinate testing activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Ensure that quality and testability permeate the development process.
- Coordinate functional testing, system testing, integration testing, and acceptance testing.
- Manage deviations and ensure that identified defects are tracked and resolved.
- Work closely with developers, project managers, product owners, and the business.
- Contribute to the development of testing methods and working practices.
Competence Requirements:
- At least 4–5 years of experience as a Test Lead.
- Experience leading testing in complex system development projects.
- Experience with agile working methods, such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar.
- Good understanding of testing processes, quality assurance, and requirements management.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ISTQB certification.
- Experience with test automation.
- Experience with CI/CD.
- Experience from the public sector.
- Experience with large and complex IT environments.
