Our client is an established player in the home products and white goods sector, with a strong presence nationwide, and is now looking to expand the team! Here you will play a key role in a growing team where your customer service skills and technical interest make a real difference to thousands of homes every day.

About the role

As Technical Support, you are responsible for administering service orders and ensuring that high quality standards are met. You act as the central link between technicians and customers, planning and coordinating work to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Responsibilities

The role involves overall responsibility for coordinating service cases from reporting to completion, with a focus on administrative precision and first-class customer service.

  • Administer fault reports and service orders in digital systems
  • Responsible for monitoring SLA requirements and ensuring quick response
  • Handle customer communication via phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Coordinate and plan the daily routes and assignments of field technicians
  • Perform basic technical troubleshooting with support from documentation

We are looking for you who

  • Have experience in customer support or administrative service work
  • Have a genuine interest in technology and good problem-solving skills
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Have the ability to plan, prioritize, and maintain a holistic perspective
  • Have good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have

  • Knowledge of languages other than Swedish and English.
  • A technical high school education or knowledge of electricity and white goods
