We are now looking for a Business Systems Developer who wants to help develop the technical infrastructure behind RiseRank.

This is not a traditional developer role.

You will not primarily be building customer projects or websites.

Instead, you will develop the internal systems that make the entire business operate smarter.

You will become the link between the business and the development team, taking significant responsibility for identifying manual processes, building internal tools, and creating AI-driven solutions that save time and improve quality.

You will work closely with the founders, our development department, and the Business Systems & CRM Specialist to build the internal platform of the future.

• Develop internal tools and admin panels
• Build internal web applications
• Further develop CRM-related features
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools

• Build API integrations between our systems
• Develop internal services and microservices
• Handle authentication and data communication
• Ensure stable and scalable integrations

• Build AI-driven workflows
• Integrate AI into internal processes
• Develop automations that streamline operations
• Identify manual tasks that can be replaced by technology

• Work together with our development team on our web platforms
• Contribute to technical decisions and architecture
• Ensure high quality and scalability in our solutions

• Has experience with modern web development
• Is confident in both frontend and backend
• Has worked with APIs and integrations
• Has experience with databases
• Enjoys solving business problems with technology
• Is analytical and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-changing environment where you have significant responsibility

• Experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js
• Experience with SQL and databases
• Experience with REST API and Webhooks
• Experience with AI tools and OpenAI API
• Experience with n8n, Make, or other automation platforms
• Experience with HubSpot API, Pipedrive API, or other CRM integrations
• Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, or CI/CD
• Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, or Firebase
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
