Here, the operational needs of the business must be translated into structured and quality-assured requirements that work equally well for procurement as for future implementation.

You work at the intersection of business and technology, close to specialists in areas such as OT, industrial systems, and other integration-heavy environments. • You lead and drive requirements gathering together with business representatives and technical specialists.
• You analyze, structure, and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
• You produce requirement specifications and other decision support materials that support the procurement process.
• You ensure traceability, quality, and clarity in requirements management throughout the project.
• You contribute to ensuring that operational needs, technical prerequisites, and integration requirements form a sustainable whole.

• At least 7 years of experience in the role of requirements analyst or similar.
• Experience in developing requirement documentation prior to procurement or major acquisition projects.
• Documented experience working with OT, industrial systems, technical facilities, automation, or other mission-critical integration environments.
• Documented experience leading or participating in requirements work in close collaboration with both business representatives and technical specialists.
• You work analytically, independently, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).
• You are willing to undergo a drug test.

• Experience working with procurements according to LOU and/or LUF.
• Previous experience from airport operations.
• Certification according to IREB or another equivalent certification in requirements management.
