We are now looking for a Linux Administrator / Platform Engineer for a technical team where stable operations are combined with continuous development and modernization of the platform.

This role suits you if you already have experience with Linux-based operations and wish to further deepen your knowledge within modern infrastructure, automation, and container-based environments in a professional and technically mature organization.

About the Role

In the role of Linux Administrator / Platform Engineer, you work with the operation, management, and further development of the Linux-based infrastructure. You become an important part of the daily platform work and collaborate closely with colleagues in operations, development, and other technical functions to ensure stability, security, and long-term development.

The work combines classic system administration with modern platform technology and automation. You are expected to take independent responsibility within your technical area while actively contributing to improvement work and streamlining of methods and environments.

As a Linux Administrator / Platform Engineer, your responsibilities include among other things:

• Working with the operation, administration, and management of Linux servers and associated infrastructure
• Participating in the operation and monitoring of Kubernetes-based platform environments
• Working with automation and streamlining of recurring operational and maintenance tasks
• Troubleshooting incidents and contributing to improvements in platform and system environments
• Working with monitoring, alarms, and follow-up of systems and services
• Collaborating with other technical teams and internal stakeholders

Is this you?

To succeed in this role, you have several years of experience working with Linux and server operations in professional environments. You have a good technical understanding and are accustomed to working structured with operations and management, while being curious about modern technology and new ways of working.

You have an interest in automation and platform technology, and have either worked with – or wish to deepen your knowledge in – Kubernetes and container-based environments. Experience with tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Git, Bash, or Python is advantageous, as is knowledge in monitoring, cloud services, or Windows environments.

As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and thrive working both independently and together with others. You take ownership of your tasks and contribute positively to the team's joint work.
