Your workplace

Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is the region's specialist resource for children and young people with moderate to severe mental illness as well as neuropsychiatric disabilities. We are a large workplace with approximately 200 employees from various professional backgrounds. Collaboration with other actors in society is a major and important part of our work.

The placement will be at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Entrance Clinic during 2026, and from 2027, it will be at Clinic 1.

Your responsibilities

Together with other care administrators, you will, among other things, work with care documentation in Cosmic, administer group activities, and contact patients, families, and partners as needed.

As a care administrator here, your duties include booking appointments, working with waiting lists, handling mail, and many other interesting tasks. The work is varied and involves close collaboration with therapists at the clinic.

Your skills and competencies

We are looking for you who are educated as a care administrator, medical secretary, or doctor's secretary. It is an advantage if you have experience with the medical record system Cosmic and experience working within psychiatry.

To thrive here, you should be able to take initiative and organize your work independently, but also have the ability to work in a team. For us, it is important that you are meticulous, have a good manner of dealing with people, enjoy providing service, and like taking responsibility.

You see the big picture and understand how your decisions affect the whole, while acting in the best interest of the operations. You are positive towards development work and are open to changes and new approaches. We are keen on finding the right person, so great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
