Description

The HR team within the Health and Social Care Administration forms a strong team together to meet the operational needs while driving development forward in the HR field. The HR function consists of a total of 11 employees, and we provide support to the administration's approximately 80 managers.

Here, you will become part of a collaborative environment where we value competence, ideas, and a shared responsibility for creating quality in our assignments.

Responsibilities

As an HR Officer, you work with issues that are important for our competence supply, with a special focus on reaching and inspiring younger target groups to choose careers in health and social care. The role involves many contact points where you collaborate with supervisors and managers in our operations, educational providers, and other partners.

You work closely with a colleague with similar assignments and jointly coordinate competence-enhancing measures for both current and future employees within health and social care. The role includes responsibility for planning language requirements, language assessments, and internship placements. You coordinate internships in collaboration with operations and educational providers and serve as an important contact person for supervisors and schools.

Furthermore, you plan and carry out activities that inform and inspire young people and contribute to strengthening the interest in health and social care. You are responsible for administration, follow-up, and communication related to the assignment and ensure that the work is conducted in a structured manner with high quality. The work is driven by the needs of the operation, which places demands on flexibility, good organizational skills, and the ability to find solutions in a changing daily life.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a university or college education or other experience that the employer considers equivalent and suitable for the position.

You are an experienced administrator with very good IT skills and the ability to work in a structured manner in a digital work environment. You also have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

As a person, you see opportunities in changes and adapt easily to new conditions. You are responsible, drive your work forward, and have a structured work approach where you plan, organize, and prioritize effectively. You enjoy collaborating with others and have an easy time building good relationships. Through an attentive and flexible approach and clear communication, you succeed in both individual meetings and groups.

We would appreciate it if you have experience driving projects with good results and high quality. Experience with staffing issues, internship mediation, or labor market policy measures is meritorious. It is also an advantage if you have worked in municipal or other public operations, as well as experience from the health and social care sector.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
