Do you want a broad role within payroll and HR with attractive terms, fixed working hours, and good benefits? We are now looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator with HR experience who will be responsible for the payroll processing for approximately 100 employees.

About the role

You will have a central role responsible for the payroll administration for approximately 100 employees. The role combines payroll work with HR administration and involves close contact with both employees and managers.

Your tasks include, among other things, payroll processing, time reporting, absence management, vacation, employment contracts, certificates, and other personnel-related matters.

We are looking for you who

  • Have experience working independently with payroll administration and good knowledge of Swedish payroll processes. You also have experience with HR-related tasks.
  • Are a person who is meticulous, structured, and service-oriented, and thrive in a role where you take responsibility and work broadly within both payroll and HR.
