Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for an Employment Consultant for the Employment Unit in Hammarö. To succeed in this role, you need knowledge of the labor market and its conditions, care collaboration, and rehabilitative measures. You have the mindset that everyone can move forward with the right support, and you believe in the individual's inherent abilities. Modern client-oriented work requires constant development and must therefore be built on a holistic view of our participants' lives. You are flexible and enjoy working with multiple issues simultaneously. You take personal responsibility and can shift focus during a workday. Collaboration with case officers, authorities, and other actors is second nature to you.

You will work in regular operations, with the main task being to support our participants towards their own sustainable livelihood. Our operations include several professions, and we work in a team-based manner.

The Employment Unit is a department under constant development in the form of projects and new tasks. An important part of our future is adapting the operations to the Activity Requirement Reform, which comes into effect on July 1st. This assumes that you enjoy being part of the development and contribute ideas and initiatives for improvement.

The position is a permanent employment. Start date is by agreement. The selection process begins after the application deadline, and interviews are planned to take place during weeks 33-34. The position will be filled subject to necessary decisions being made.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a university education as a social worker or another education that the employer considers equivalent. Experience in working with labor market issues is meritorious. We would appreciate it if you have experience working with people with complex needs. As a colleague, you are unpretentious and a good team player. You are happy to contribute your competence and experience. You have good digital maturity and can master the Swedish language in speech and writing.

A B-driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.
