The Unit for Finance and Procurement is part of the executive staff and has overall responsibility for driving, coordinating, developing, and supporting the agency's processes related to finance, purchasing, and procurement.

We are now looking for a Procurement Coordinator who wants to help develop the agency's buyer organization and buyer support. This is a new role, and there are good opportunities to shape the position based on your competencies in relation to your colleagues.

The Duty and Review Agency currently operates in five locations. This position is based in Karlstad. Travel to our other locations occurs.

Responsibilities

The role is supportive and close to operations, with a focus on purchasing.

The tasks are varied; you work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues and managers. Among other things, you will:

• Provide advice and support to operations regarding purchasing, contracts, and e-commerce.
• Support operations in the execution of direct procurements and orders.
• Support operations in the follow-up of deliveries.
• Participate in the implementation and management of e-commerce systems.
• Participate in the development of existing work processes and methods.
• Administer the agency's contract database and price adjustments.

Qualifications

You have post-secondary education in procurement, purchasing, finance, or other education or relevant work experience that the employer deems equivalent. To succeed in the role, you should also have:

• Experience in providing internal support and having supplier contacts within the purchasing and/or procurement field.
• Worked in an advisory role from a support function.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Good knowledge of the regulations for public procurement.
• Experience working within the public sector.
• Experience with digital systems for ordering, procurement, purchasing analysis, and e-commerce.

Conditions

We offer you a permanent full-time position starting with a probationary period. The location is Karlstad. Travel to other offices occurs. Start date by agreement.

Due to the nature of the operations, the work is performed primarily on-site, which we hope will contribute to a clearer separation between work and leisure. You have the opportunity to train during working hours and naturally receive a wellness allowance. We also offer parental benefit supplements and up to 35 days of vacation depending on your age.

The position is security-classified, and we therefore conduct a security investigation with register control according to the provisions of the Security Protection Act. The employment entails an obligation to be war-placed.

We at the Duty and Review Agency work to make Sweden safer. Our main task is to muster, enroll in basic training, and register personnel in the wartime organization. We also conduct tests and assessments for other agencies, such as the Police and the Swedish Defence University.
