The Property Department is responsible for the municipality's properties and works to create attractive, accessible, and sustainable premises. You will become part of the Property Projects unit, where project managers lead larger renovation and new construction projects from the planning phase to the completed building and handover to operations and management. The team also includes caseworkers for housing adaptation grants, which contributes to a broad and varied operation with many contact points.

We are looking for a Project Administrator who wants to have a central role in our construction and property projects. Here, the interaction between project management and information management is a prerequisite for quality, structure, and progress – and you will have an important role in this collaboration.

Responsibilities

As a Project Administrator, you are the administrative hub in the projects and contribute to structure, quality, and progress throughout the entire process. In this role, you work closely with project managers and information managers and support both operational work and the development of working methods.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • supporting project managers in planning, follow-up, and implementation of projects, such as taking minutes, preparing decision materials, reports, and presentations
  • working with project documentation and information management, as well as structure in project rooms and archiving
  • handling the release of documents and ensuring that guidelines for information management are followed
  • providing operational support, such as administrative purchases, work in systems (e.g., E-Avrop), and preparing materials such as information and presentation materials
  • contributing to the development of the unit's working methods, processes, and digital tools

The role involves many contact points, and you act as a link between project management, information management, and other functions. You collaborate with project managers, information managers, caseworkers within housing adaptation, as well as other internal and external actors.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience in administrative work and thrive in a role where you can combine structure, service, and collaboration in a project environment. You have at least upper secondary education and a few years of experience in administrative work, preferably related to projects. You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you have experience from the construction or property industry, as well as knowledge of document handling, archiving, or information structure.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. To succeed in the role, you are structured, meticulous, and have a natural sense of order. You are service-oriented and find it easy to collaborate with different types of people.

We are particularly looking for you who have drive and an interest in developing working methods and contributing to improvements in the operation. You take initiative, see opportunities for development, and thrive in a role where you get to strengthen and streamline processes and working methods over time. You are communicative, build good relationships, and have the ability to drive your work forward both independently and together with others.

A Category B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
