Dematek Training is looking for a quality-focused, self-driven, and motivated sales instructor in areas such as overhead cranes, forklifts, fall protection, mobile elevated work platforms, or safe lifting. You will help companies develop their staff and ensure a high focus on safety through the right training. We are growing at lightning speed and are now looking for a star salesperson to take us to the next level.

Dematek Training is part of Dematek, a leading company in overhead cranes and lifting solutions. This specific expertise in lifting makes us completely unique in the market. We offer a wide range of training courses that we continuously expand. Our highly competent instructors are located throughout the country, and we offer all delivery models, from classroom to online. We have recently launched VR-based crane training/practice, which has received incredibly positive feedback from customers.

The Role of Sales Instructor
As a sales instructor, you are responsible for both establishing new business and delivering training. Initially, a larger part of your time will be spent building your own customer base through active new customer acquisition and relationship-building sales. Once you have established a stable customer portfolio, the focus will shift more towards delivering training. You will sell both the training courses you conduct yourself and the rest of Dematek's offerings, collaborating closely with other instructors and colleagues within the organization.

There are great opportunities to succeed both as a salesperson and as an instructor, as you will be part of an established team working closely together in both sales and instructional roles. As a salesperson, you will have support from systems, strong customer relationships, clearly packaged products including innovative solutions that open new doors, and coaching. As an instructor, you will have support in the form of training materials, support systems, and assistance from experienced colleagues.

We are looking for you who
We are looking for someone with experience as an instructor in one or more relevant areas, such as overhead cranes, forklifts, fall protection, mobile elevated work platforms, or safe lifting. You are confident in your competence, have a good understanding of industrial customers, and enjoy working with both sales and education. Having an established network within the industry is a big plus. You are self-motivated, structured, and able to plan your work, while being flexible and unpretentious in your collaboration with others.

Location
This position can be based in various parts of the country. We would love to strengthen our delivery capacity in the Stockholm region, but we are open to other locations.

Other Information
Many of our customers require security clearance. Therefore, it is important that you have a clean criminal record as well as a stable and good financial background. Alcohol and drug tests may also be required by some customers as part of their security protocols.
