Your Role

We are now looking for a Montessori-trained childcare assistant for one of our preschools' toddler departments. You will be an important part of the work team, ensuring that daily life at the preschool runs smoothly and that care and daily pedagogical work are woven together into a whole. Together with other colleagues at the preschool, you will help create a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment in accordance with Montessori pedagogy for each child and the entire group.

In interactions with guardians, you demonstrate good communication skills and act professionally and service-oriented. As a childcare assistant with us, you operate in accordance with Montessori pedagogy, the curriculum, set goals, policies, and guidelines.

Profile

You have experience and training in both working with children and Montessori pedagogy. As a person, you need to be responsible, flexible, communicative, positive, cooperative, and above all, enjoy working with people.

You have previously worked in a department with toddlers (1–2 years old) and thrive in this environment.

Other Information

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting from October 19, 2026, or as agreed.
