We are looking for a Leisure-Time Pedagogue/Leader for Montessori Mondial Nacka.

We are now looking for a Montessori-trained leisure-time pedagogue/leader for our after-school center. The position involves working at the after-school center combined with being a resource during the school day for lower and/or middle school grades. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date of September 1, 2026, or as agreed.

You are an important part of the work team that together ensures that daily life functions well and that care and daily pedagogical work are woven together into a whole. Together with other colleagues, you contribute to creating a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment, in accordance with Montessori pedagogy, for each student.

In meetings with guardians, you have good communication skills and act professionally and service-oriented. As a leisure-time pedagogue/leader with us, you act in accordance with Montessori pedagogy, the curriculum, set goals, policies, and guidelines.

Profile

You have experience and education in both working with children and Montessori pedagogy. As a person, you need to be responsible, flexible, communicative, positive, cooperative, and above all, enjoy working with people.

You have previously worked in leisure-time activities and as a resource in the classroom and thrive with this.

The position is a permanent full-time employment from September 1, 2026, or as agreed.
