As an employee with us, you base your work on the individual's specific needs and wishes, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with your colleagues, you work towards the goal of making the day meaningful and rich in content. You support and guide with meals, some care, medication management, cleaning, and contact with authorities.

An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their skills and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your duties also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school education in healthcare and social care or equivalent. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. Experience working with this target group is an advantage.
