We are looking for a work support specialist with operational responsibility for our operations in Barkarby and Stockholm City. We are looking for you who thrive in development and enjoy working closely with employees, colleagues, and the business community.

The operations are carried out with IKEA Barkarby and IKEA City as a starting point, where employees get the opportunity to try out different work areas and tasks, as well as in collaboration with the rest of the business community where employees continue working based on individual goals. As an operational work support specialist, you will work together with employees, colleagues, and staff at IKEA and other companies. Great focus is placed on the individual's development and the opportunity for independence. We work actively with evaluation, goal follow-up, and a clear vision for the future. We value good cooperation with the companies in the business community we collaborate with and their staff, which requires an active outreach approach. The work is implemented based on the individual's wishes, strengths, and needs, which requires an ability for constant change and adaptation.

Operational responsibility means leading the operations towards set goals and ensuring that the operations are conducted according to current laws and regulations as well as CONEXI's guidelines. You have personnel responsibility for your team, which includes conducting salary and employee interviews, responsibility for the team's competence development, and a delegated occupational health and safety responsibility. You create the prerequisites to drive the operations' processes and development together with your colleagues. CONEXI is a flat organization where we are all fundamentally work support specialists with the target group in focus. We value cooperation and lack of hierarchy highly and learn from each other.

Qualifications for the position:

• Experience regarding autism spectrum disorders/NPC (Neurodevelopmental Conditions).
• Education as a social worker, occupational therapist, educator, or other equivalent university education is a requirement. Your educational background must meet the formal requirements to be a permit holder for an LSS (Act of Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) operation according to IVO and the municipality's agreement.
• Education in social law is meritorious.
• At least 12 months of previously documented experience in leadership within LSS/SOL (Social Services Act) or assistance case management.
• At least 3 years of experience with the target group.
• Good familiarity with documentation in digital systems and working in the Office package.
• A B-class driver's license is desirable.

You have the ability to plan and carry out your work independently but in collaboration with colleagues, participants, the business community, and authorities. You are stimulated by working in processes, working towards set goals, and contributing to people's development. As a person, you are proactive, independent, solution-focused, and responsible.

Working Hours/Duration

Permanent position with immediate access/agreement.

Full-time (100%), daytime hours – Monday to Friday.
