At Bonzi, we work together for everyone's right to live life to the fullest. We are now looking for personal assistants working as casual staff for clients in Stockholm and surrounding areas.

About the role: This position is suitable for you if you are responsible, sensitive, and flexible, and enjoy working with people to make a difference in daily life.

As a casual staff member, you work as needed when regular personal assistants are absent due to illness, vacation, or other leave. This means you may sometimes need to step in with short notice.

The work involves support and assistance in the client's daily life, taking place in the client's home and sometimes outside. Lifting may be required during transfers, depending on the individual client's needs (assistive devices are also available on-site if needed).

Responsibilities:

  • Support in daily routines and household chores
  • Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
  • Practical support at home and in everyday activities
  • Lifting may occur during transfers

About you: We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with people and has a genuine commitment to providing individualized support. You are sensitive, responsible, and self-assured. You have a solution-oriented approach, take initiative, and have good collaborative skills. You can also work independently and adapt to different situations and needs.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and ensuring you are the right person for the assignment. It is important to us that there is good chemistry between you and the client, as you will be working closely together in daily life.

The work involves varying hours, which may be scheduled on weekdays and weekends, as well as day, evening, and night shifts.

Merits include:

  • Experience working as a personal assistant or within healthcare and social care.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work varying hours on weekdays and weekends
  • Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
  • Physical strength (manual transfers may occur)

Employment type: Casual work (5 hours) as needed, with good opportunities for permanent shifts in the future.

Start date: Interviews are conducted continuously. Response times during the summer may be slightly longer than usual due to holidays and reduced staffing.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits are in accordance with collective agreements.

Important to note before applying:

A prerequisite for starting employment at Bonzi is that you can present a valid ID and submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

To work as a personal assistant, guide, or substitute for us, you must be at least 18 years old. This age requirement follows the regulations regarding personal assistance, guidance, and substitution in the LSS Act and the Social Services Act.

To work with children and young people under 18, you are required to provide a certificate of no criminal record (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. These extracts are ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so orders should be placed well in advance.

You can easily order the extracts using Bank-ID via this link:

https://polisen.se/tjanster-tillstand/belastningsregistret/ (https://polisen.se/tjanster-tillstand/belastningsregistret/)

We recommend that you ensure you have current extracts according to the new regulations.

For you with employment support: Bonzi is an inclusive company. We welcome all applicants, including those eligible for some form of employment support through the Swedish Public Employment Service. It is voluntary to state this information in your application, or you can inform us during a potential interview.
