We are currently looking for personal assistants for an 18-year-old young man. The working hours are primarily during the day, with some shifts in the afternoons and on weekends. This is a part-time position.

You will be working with a kind and social young man who lives with his family in Sollentuna and attends high school in Häggvik. He uses a wheelchair and needs assistance with all daily activities, including hygiene, tube feeding, mobility, training, and communication with others. Your main workplace will be at his home, but the role also includes accompanying him to school and on outings.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, calm, sensitive, meticulous, and responsible. You should have a genuine interest in working with people and possess a strong work ethic. Fluent Swedish is required, and you must be free from smoking and snus. A driver's license is not required.

To succeed in this role, you need experience working in personal assistance or within healthcare and social care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and aim for assistants to stay with us for a longer period.
