Do you have the ability to switch from "couch mode" to "full throttle" in a matter of seconds? Do you think the best thing in the world is a mix of crafts, ghost ball, and meaningful conversations with tomorrow's stars? Then we are looking for you!

We are looking for a flexible, confident, and cheerful substitute who wants to step in when regular staff are absent.

Your mission (if you choose to accept it):

• Step in with short notice: You are our safe haven when the schedule goes awry. You step into the role of youth worker (fritidspedagog) as if you had never done anything else.
• Be a world-class team player: You collaborate seamlessly with teachers during the school day, join in on breaks (yes, even when it rains sideways), and are a teammate that the rest of the staff can rely on.

Qualifications

Who are you?

Since you will become an important adult figure for our students, we place enormous importance on your personal qualities. You need to have a big heart, steel-like patience, and a touch of humor.

This is an absolute must:

• You have fluent command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

It will earn you a gold star in the corner if you:

• Have a pedagogical education (upper secondary or higher education level).
• Are currently studying to become a teacher, social worker, or something else wonderful with a pedagogical/social focus.
• Have achieved similar feats previously and have experience working in schools/youth centers.
• Have experience working with students with Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NPF) – here we value your understanding, your calmness, and your ability to see every individual's needs.
