Description

We are looking for a Recess Supervisor for Futuraskolan International Gåshaga on a 100% basis, starting in August 2026.

Futuraskolan International Gåshaga is a small primary school with a global perspective. We have a bilingual English-Swedish focus and are proud to have students and staff from different parts of the world. This creates a dynamic and international environment buzzing with energy and joy. The school has one class in each grade from preschool class to year 6, and we currently have the privilege of caring for over 200 students who spend their days with us.

Responsibilities

As a Recess Supervisor at Futuraskolan Gåshaga, you will be part of a wonderful team, whose pedagogical work is led by an educated Recess Supervisor. Together, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the teaching in the activity. You have a good ability to create a safe social climate and trusting relationships within the student group. You believe in every child's ability to learn and use methods that are based on each student's experiences and development. Through self-reflection and feedback from colleagues, students, and guardians, you continuously develop your leadership.

During the school day, the recess team has an important task of creating stimulating break activities and ensuring a safe learning environment for the students on the schoolyard. You are also a resource in the classroom, where you support the students in their development and learning together with subject teachers.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are an educated Recess Supervisor. You are a secure adult for the children and have the ability to create a good working climate in your student groups. You have good cooperation skills and a positive attitude towards your work, which spreads to the activity. You are knowledgeable about the curriculum for the leisure center and have good pedagogical insight.

Conditions

To obtain employment, an extract from the police's criminal record must be presented.
